Biography
Elena Paley has a PhD degree in molecular biology. Dr. Paley is a solo inventor of the metabolic model of neurodegeneration induced by biogenic amine tryptamine. The projects of Dr. Paley focus on alterations of protein biosynthesis machinery in neurodegeneration and human gut microbial-host interactions in Alzheimer’s disease. Dr. Paley is a founder and co-founder of Expert Biomed, Inc. and Stop Alzheimers Corp. The projects are conducted in collaboration with Harvard University, Brandeis University, University of Miami, University of Texas at San Antonio and more.
